Default NP233C Rear SYE?

Does anyone know what vehicles or t-cases I could source together a DIY rear slip yoke eliminator from for my NP233C case and maintain my current electric GM speed sensor?

The JB Conversion kit is out of stock and after speaking with the guy, he said it will be at least 3 months before he has any kits to ship. After a few days of forum research and YouTube, I believe my 233C (1995 Blazer) has a 1.25" wide chain. None of the possible donor cases I've looked at seem to match the same speedo housings like shown in the JB conversion kits. What have others done besides the JBConversions SYE kit to get a CV rear output?

From the JB Conversions OEM housing kit it looks like the plate is custom machined, not sure what vehicle or case the rear output shaft is pulled from. I don't have a clue what vehicle or case the super short speedo housing is from.
