Oil coolant line leak?
I would just replace the lines and do an oil change, after replacement and oil change, turn the vehicle on and wait a few seconds then start it up to cycle the new oil through the new lines!!
Sure looks like the beginning of a leaking line to me.
Check out the links in the related thread table at the bottom of the page. There are a few different ways you can repair this ranging from replacing the lines with either OEM or quality aftermarket pieces; cutting off the outer portion of the crimp replacing it with a hose clamp; or brazing on hydraulic fittings and having hydraulic lines made up to connect the hard lines.
Oh and the engine has to be actually running to push oil through those lines... A better way to prime everything is to remove the fuel pump relay and turn the motor over on the starter for a bit. Then reinstall the relay and start the truck.
