Oil Pan Removal

Removing oil pan on 1999 Blazer 2 door 2WD with auto trans & Vortec 4300 V6 SFI Engine. Do you have to jack the engine up to remove oil pan or will it just slide right out. New member, any help appreciated.

U will have to jack the motor up, seeing how the oil pump pick up tube will be in the way.........but count your blessings it's not 4wd......lol
