The pump should run for ~2-3 seconds when you turn the ignition to off, perfectly normal. Keep us posted on how it goes.

Well since my last post I filled the tank.
Currently its at 1/4 left and I have 155 miles on it.
This is with very few morning warm ups sine it has not been to cold.

I figure I should have roughly 4.75 gallons left. I doubt I will make it to 180 miles. I know its not right ,lets figure I hit 180 that's ALMOST 9.5 miles per gallon, definitely not good.

So, what's the next step to figure out my poor mileage? The fuel pressure is good, everything is working fine now.

I have the old 02 in there, I have a brand new Denso one.

No codes at all, but I was getting the codes with that Denso I had in there, I believe the heater wasn't working.

So, what other ideas should I try now?

Thanks

Update.
Today I hit 180 miles , the fuel gauge was in the red.
I filled up, it took 14 gallons....meaning I had 5 left in the tank, so is my gauge or sending unit off? should it be in the red on empty with 5 gallons left?
I figure since last fill up I was able to get 12.85 miles to the gallon, but still had 5 gallons left so if I drove till empty I would get roughly 240-245 miles on a full tank.
So I really think the gauge or sending unit is messed up.
What sounds reasonable?

The tank is not symetrical so the gauge is not accurate at all fuel levels. Fuel gauges in these vehicles are more of a "suggestion" of how much fuel is in the tank, not gospel by any means The most accurate way to check fuel mileage is to fill the tank. Then use a GPS to track mileage. Fill the tank again. Mileage travelled divided by fuel used = MPG.

Default P1133

so P1133 could be caused by a exhaust leak? like manifold to Y pipe not sealed?

Yes. Here is the diagnostic flow chart for P1133. Scroll down to "DIAGNOSTIC AIDS" for possible causes.
