Question P1351 Long crank, no start

1999 Blazer 4.3L Vortex. Been sitting a few years now. I come back to tinker and see if
I can figure out. Replaced fuel pump after failure 3 years ago (5?). Also replaced distributor due to cheap cap mounting screw mounts breaking. Then replaced ICM, plugs, wires etc. Gone through every fuel and fire diagnostic to trouble shoot. Suspect distributor may be issue as (tachometer?) plug will not seat properly. Thought I'd read somewhere there was more than one distributor with same part number. Thoughts? Experience?

What is your 10 min fuel pressure leak down value?

Do you have spark at the plugs when you crank?

George

fuel filter replaced recently? old gas in the tank could be causing issues too.

Hello George,
I don't know what that is. I do have spark at the plugs though.
