p300 code with low fuel pressure

p300 code with low fuel pressure
Hey guys ,
At last got enough free time to work on my 96 blazer.
Did a fuel pressure test tonight the following is the results.....
Key on fuel pressure scored a 62psi then started to fall all the way down to a 20psi
I performed a leakdown test for 10 min and needless to say pressure would not hold. I went all the way down to a 10psi ( less than 10 min to stop)
could this be the cause of my multiple miss fires?
new wires,plugs,DCcap and rotor.
