Default PCV Valve noise - vacuum hose issue

So i replaced my pcv valve& hose thinking this would fix the rattle noise issue, but i believe it is being caused because of an vacuum hose in this diagram is not hooked up, also it seems to only be affected until the engine gets to 210 running temp, and might be the reason my tac jumps a bit while cruising, and it chugs under light acceleration. The engine light came on today because of this. In the diagram all in blue and everything else is hooked up but the red i can not figure out where it goes to this might be my issue. That looks like the vent tube and its not supposed to be hooked up to anything. If you follow it back into the blue lines it goes the vacuum switch vent, the vent on trans and transfercase. If there's vacuum pulling out of that hose the switch might be plumbed wrong. If not leave it alone its fine

Awesome thanks abig84, ill double check my work and see if they all are connected to the switch the right way, i replaced all my lines but the smog pump one, and just the other day i replaced that one and i think that did made the noise go away or at least some, was a small leak in that hose.

Well the pvc value does make some noise i know but i was hearing it pretty loud in the cab but now i dont really hear it in the cab anymore, also i figured out the chugging issue was due to a bad colant temperature control value. So it was chugging, making the tac jump when it did, and causing the engine to have a hard time cranking over unless the engine was just recently run and is still warm.
