Default Possible to change column shifter to center?

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I used the search field and couldn't find anything.

Is it possible to change the column shifter in a 2000 Blazer to a center one? I've always driven center stick cars and not having one to put my hand on is driving me absolutely nuts.

Yes. Swap the linkage, center console, steering column, and instrument cluster. If you really want something to do get a Kilduff lightning shifter. I didn't know I needed one until I saw it.

Thanks for the info. I wouldn't need to do any kind of cutting or whatnot? I've seen same year models with a center shift and wondered why the hell Chevy/GM did two styles.
