Quick Trans Pan Question
#1
Hello everyone, I know I dont post much, but I do have a question
I have both a 97 and a 98 Bravada, both with smarttrak AWD...my question is with the trans pan.
I bought the B&M universal trans drain plug kit for both of my trucks. I am curious about the depth its very hard to eyeball the depth left between the pan and the valve body/filter(its also just as difficult to measure the pan depth compared to the depth of the goods). I would assume I have the shallow pan on both trucks, and im just concerned on placement of this roughly 1/4" nut so it doesnt smack up against any internal parts of the trans..
Yes I did search ALOT, my other quick q is on the aftermarket 4l60e trans pans with drains in them already....they are pretty much universal correct? (just in case id rather purchase one already made with a drain)
