Default restricted acceleration.

2001 Chevy Blazer with poor acceleration after replacing, MAF sensor, EGR valve, and TPS sensor. Will accelerate to 40 MPH, then bog down. Wondering if this could possibly warrant faulty catalytic converter?:icon
