Default RPM Swing...TPS?

Hey Y'all. Well I'am confused. I was aving isues with RPM Swing and the tranny slipping about 6 months ago. While this was happening I was getting codes for 'Transmission Components Slipping', 'MAF Siganl Out if Range', and 'EGR Valve Defective'. So I put in a used transmission, new EGR and a MAF Sensor. Well, it acted the same as before. So, I took it to the shop and they found my Cat was bad. So they changed it out ($400). Now the truck is running well. BUT... The RPM's are swinging once I get over 50 mph and I can feel the truck surging. Could this be the the TPS?

*UPDATE* On my way home this morning, RPM's started bouncing again. This time it threw a code (P1870). Any ideas??? That code is not listed in my book.
