Default Running rough after engine/tranny swap

We bought a 1998 s10 Blazer with a bad tranny and bottom end. Swapped motor and tranny. Now the service engine light is on and when it is put on a computer is says MAP sensor and TPS sensor are bad, so we replaced them both. And it is still running rough. It will start up and idle high but as soon as you give it any gas it starts cutting out. When you drive it down the road the tranny doesn't shift until high RPM. Just looking for ideas on what may still be wrong with it. We were told to have to ECM "flashed" by the dealership but we are not even quite sure what that would do! Thank you in advance!

If you used the same computer that was in the truck then it should be fine, but if you got a new one it needs to be flashed (i don't think it would even start tho) but is the check engine light still on? What kind of engine did you get? Junkyard, crate?

Both those components use a 5v reference. Have you checked input/output voltage on those components?
