All of those issues can be caused by a problem with the VSS (vehicle speed sensor). Whether it is just dirty or is failing or maybe there is a wiring problem between the PCM and the VSS.

well ive replaced the vss the last time it did this with no solution
today i completely cleaned every ground i could find
and also put on my stock winter wheels
and it looks like its fixed.
could be my larger tires on my chrome wheels setting it off

Rims shouldn't affect the VSS readings.

sorry i should have clarified
different sized tires will set it off correct?
the back were like 29 inches tall and the fronts were 26

It might potentially be the cause for the ABS/brake/etc light, but it shouldn't affect the speedometer.
