Has anyone put a sbc 400 in a 91 S10 Blazer? Currently has a 4.3 V6, nothing wrong with it just thinking about things I can do. The 400 is just sitting in my garage since I pulled it out of the 3/4 ton I had.

 

400 is the exact same block... well the same size as a 350 so just google 350 swap or buy the manual theres nothing really different about the 400 other then a few cosmetic differences.

i love the 400s i have one in my 86 fullsize truck. very torquey motor

 

Unless it's for racing or crawling I'm not sure I see the point. Not to diss because I would think the same. I just can't see a 400 being used to it's potential in an S10.
