im thinging about ordering this from synergy what do you guys think about it

Two resistors and a switch:

All that supplied, I question how wise it is to modify your transmission pressures that simplistically.
As it is.. the shiftplus is pretty much the equivalent of the 'performance chips' that stick resistors in the IAT circuit. Surprised B&M does something like that.
Ford guys have an almost universally approved valvebody mod called the 'J-mod' which everyone who does performance modding installs along with, or even before, a performance torque converter. I did some routine searching and havent found any equivalent for the GM trannies.
You'll notice if you pay attention that this really isnt a performance modding site so it might be better to ask any questions on that on a forum like:
