Sounds like my 02 Blazer has a supercharger but definitely doesn’t

Sounds like bearing whine or fan clutch. Loosen the belts and spin all the pulleys and idler pulley. Push and pull on each pulley and check for end play. If you can't locate it then you probably just have to wait for the failure - could be tomorrow, could be 5 years.
