Default Sputtering during acceleration

Just last week I got my Blazer stuck in the mud leaning (drivers side only) it is a 96 Jimmy. When I was stuck water came in the drivers door on a few inches. Well since cleaning out the truck and drying it, the truck has started doing this sputtering when i take off. If I get on it it will go away, sometimes. Any ideas?

How high did the water get inside and outside?

There are some sensitive electrical equipment inside the truck as well as a few grounds... Have you disconnected electrical connections and used anything to clean them?

The water was just high enough to come in the drivers side and flood that side about half way on the carpet. It wasnt deep, maybe an inch or two inside. I know there are some wires and stuff under the carpet but I didnt see any connectons to them.
