Stalling, no hot start

For a couple months now while driving or just idling my blazer will chug and want to stall or will just stall completely but very gently to the point of not noticing until I press the gas. And a brand new temp sensor (one on the side of the head) has failed and now it sits at 0deg, have a code for that one, but I dont see how that would affect the driveablility. As well it starts fine cold, but if I drive to get coffee, shut it off then go to start it again it wont fire and just turns over for a couple minutes before it starts again and I have to give it gas or it just stalls out right away. I have ran 2 engine flushes since this started and also use premium fuel and once a month injector cleaner.
Any ideas of what this could be?

Have you checked your fuel filter, or your fuel pump? Maybe your relay could be going bad. When I had my honda prelude, my main fuel relay went bad. It would start fine in cold weather, but once I had it running, it would take so long for me to get it to turn over again. I also live in AZ, so during the middle of the day the whole summer, I had to sit there for 15 minutes for me to get it to start. I finally figured out that if I kick my dash where the fuel relay is bolted onto, it would let me start it withing 2 or 3 cranks.
Maybe this will be able to point you in the right direction.

Haha awesome, I actually had the same problem in my old accord, forgot about that Thanks! My fuel pump, tank and all the other stuff was replaced last year when they died to run me a good $1800 surprise. Do you know where and what the main relay is called in the blazers?
I'll try the fuel filter this weekend

it's just referred to as the fuel pump relay more than likely. that's in the battery junction box under the hood.
