Exclamation Stuttering from stopped through 1st.

Hey everyone, new guy here with an issue I can't seem to figure out. I have a 99 Blazer 4.3 4x4. My fuel pump went out about a week ago, I replaced it. I started having issues with it stuttering from a stop all through first gear, after that everything seemed fine. I had a TPS code so I went ahead and replaced it, no help. Thought that maybe I had a bad fuel pump so I just finished putting the new one in (Delphi). Still having same issue. I did not have this problem until after my pump went out. Anyone had this issue before? Please help!

Also put in a new fuel filter.

Also!... My fuel gauge went out about a year ago(no big deal) but neither the first or latest fuel pump replacement fixed that issue.

Did you make sure the fuel pump assembly was getting good ground?
