Default 4.3 stuttering

long story short, my truck sat for a week and wouldnt start. i gave it a full tune up and it started but would barely run, replaced the MAF and it runs better but now the only issue im having is when taking off or accelerating it stutters and bogs. once its above 3500 rpm it seems to be fine. any ideas on what could be causing this?

Have you cleaned the EGR and checked the throttle position sensor (TPS)?

You should also define what you have done better. A little more then "full tune up". I would have suggested distributor cap and rotor also as you didn't specify that. I'm assuming you've also done plugs and wires too? Is it throwing any codes?
