Default tapping near radiator

not sure if something is up with the fan or not.
but i have a video of my exhaust HERE

idk if u can hear it, but there is a tapping noise.

it looks like my crank pulley wheel is wobbling but im not sure if thats the problem, but me and my friends seafoamed the crank case today to see if i had a sticky lifter or something else. but yeh.

im wondering if u have any suggestions on what to look for.

thanksss.

go to the video and listen at 13secs. around the last rev, u'll hear 4 quick taps, that noise taps a little slower when idleing,

it just started about a day or two ago.
yeh fan is clearing everything, just checked, nothing is touching.
me and my friend guess a loose bolt on the crank pulley wheel or a bad water pump possibly. the ticking is too slow for any exhaust leaks or what not.

Does the ticking speed up when the engine does or does it stay at the same speed constantly?
