Default tranny help

Hello i have a 95 blazer with a 4.3 cpi 4x4. Im just trying to figure out if i have the 95 only trans or if i got the one that is available out of a 96-98 model, that i can look at getting from a junkyard. I put a few pics of it on here for you and i hope you can help me out. I have read that if you have the two soloniodes in the front then i have the one that is comppatiable.

I believe, as long as your '95 has a MLPS, you can use a '96 or '97 replacement. The donor trans must not be the 2-pc case type 4l60e(removable bell housing). It has to be the 1-pc case type 4l60e. The 2-pc case 4l60e will bolt up but you will have a problem with the starter fitting. The 2-pc case 4l60e's came out sometime in 1997.
