Tranny mount

Can anyone tell me if a worn tranny mount is capable of causing vibration at highway speeds? New engine and mounts but later learned that the mechanic didn't replace the transmission mount.
BTW, I have 2wd Blazer

Sure can. Also check universal joints. If drive shaft was removed in engine swap you may want to unbolt it and rotate it 180 degrees and bolt it back up. Good luck.
