I had a leaky water pump and thermostat in my 95 4wd blazer. While i was changing them i decided i might as well change the tranny fluid and filter at the same time. It all went smoothly until i got the car running and noticedI had aSES light. The car runs great and all coolant problems are gone. The problem now is that the tranny wont shift into first even if i try to drop it manualy with the shifter. It will not downshift into any gear if i floor it and wont go into first at all. I havent checked the tranny fluid level if anything its a little high but i dont see that causing this. What do you guys think?

welcome to the site!
not that I can solve your problem but it must be something fairly obvious. I'm sure someone here can help.
