Hey guy, love the site btw... so i just bought a 2000 blazer 4x4,auto with 106k on her. I have a engine code of P1860 which ive found is the TCC PWM Solenoid. I really need to know which transmission this blazer even has. I looked for the tag but nothing, the only thing ive found is a number on the housing of 24206579. thanks so much.

 

you have the 4l60e. and for the code
PWM stands for pulse width modulated pressure control solenoid..

You need to drop the trans pan to get to it. It may be bad..

 

Thank you. The plan is to change that soleniod and go from there. I really hope that fixes the engine light.
