Default transmission

I have a 2002 blazer 4x4 What years trans will fit it?I can find several years other than 2002 just not sure if they will fit.

Anything 4L60E, it's the most common Chevrolet transmission just be sure to check bolt patterns on the bell housing to make sure it will fit your motor and gear ratio, I have a 2000 4x4 ale blazer with 188,000 miles and my transmission gets hot and looses all hydraulic pressure very seldomly. ( it has happened twice in 2 months of daily driving) and I have been exploring all types of s-10/bravado/1500/z71/and even astro van transmissions with transfer case setups to find the cheapest deal but in all means a 4L60E will do the trick if it will bolt up.

Any 4X4 Blazer, Jimmy, Bravada, S10 pickup, full size pickup, Astro, or Safari with a 4L60E transmission will fit. If your existing bell housing and transfer case adapters are still good, transfer them to the new transmission if/as necessary, they just bolt on. Just need to make sure the new transmission is a 4X4. That's the beauty of the 4L60E
