I did something stupid and need you guys help. I live in Wis and with the salt I had trouble with hard moving shift lever. I have a 97 Blazer and so I sprayed the linkage at the transmission with JP Blaster. Did not help so took a hammer and tapped on end of linkage were it goes into tran. It moved but must have broken something because now I have to push shifter up at transmission to shift. When I put it back in park nothing works until I push the linkage end back up.
