Trouble confirming cause of p0420

Thanks guys! Was looking on summit a bit and that’s where I found magnaflow 93485 which I liked. Had a look at the cat today after I drove approx 15 min home from work and the post cat o2 sensor would still fluctuate. I took a temperature reading before and after the cat and got 244 Celsius before and 247 Celsius after.
