Will my 95 4.3 vortec start with no problem and run though very rough with a bad camshaft or crankshaft sensor?

 

I know from experience that with a bad cam sensor it will not start, but on the crank im not sure.

well not start just crank

 

With a faulty crankshaft positioning sensor it will start and run fine, I know this cause mine is currently doing this with the ses light coming on sometimes then turning off. Rcars2 has heard my motor run and the only problem we both agree I have is exhaust gaskets leaking a little bit!!

 

I don't know why I didn't catch this sooner, but I'm cleaning this up now.
