91 4.3 TBI uses 1 quart of oil everytwo hundred miles, white smoke out valve cover pcv hole, white smoke out dipstick tube, is this an indication that both valves and rings are burnt up? What kind of work am i looking at to fix problem? Also some black sooty gunk coming out tailpipe when reved up. Thanks alot
