Default Went 75MPH in first gear.

I got onto the highway and had it in one by accident in my 4.3 1996 Chevy blazer and it went to 5K but didnt go any higher. I've rebuilt the transmission once you think I broke it in anyway? It was only for like 10 seconds.

It shouldn't hurt anything for a few seconds. Obviously, you don't want to make a habit of doing that.

It shifts like normal, I assume it auto switched to second gear because when I bumped it to second to shift after realizing, nothing happened. So I assume it auto shifted into second. It still seems to remain the same when shifting gears.

There is a abuse valve in the valve body just for that reason. You should be fine.

Thats awesome, reminds me of when I accidentally downshifted instead of upshifting on the back straight of Bridgehampton years ago, lol the tach went right off the scale 🏎

Is that like a blow-off valve of some kind?
