Default What torque converter do i need?

Hey guys. I have decided to pull the trans on my blazer and have it rebuilt. I found a good rebuild kit with everything i need, but I have to order the converter by itself. Im finding a ton of converters that are high stall, low stall, HD, and rebuilt. Anywhere from 85 bucks to 1300. But nothing says specifically that its for a 97 4l60e. Thoughts?

Thanks.

your converter choice really has to do with what kind of use will your blazer get...dragging,pulling,wheeling?....or just daily driving

Well, in the summer it will be used to pull my pop up camper. Otherwise its just a winter beater. The camper weighs maybe 1800lbs.

I wouldn't bother with a high-stall torque converter as those are more for race applications. I guess a stock converter would be considered "Low stall". Go for something close to stock, a rebuilt one may even serve it's purpose.
