What's my next course of action?
2004 Blazer LS, 4x4, 4.3L
As you may recall, I was having issues with multiple error codes on my vehicle. I had a random multiple misfire, MAF codes, etc, etc.
I fixed the misfire issue, cylinder 1 was getting no spark and cylinder 2 had a spark tester still inline from god only knows when. I replaced the plugs and wires and that seemed to take care of the misfire. I still had a rough (and I mean ROUGH) idle and it still felt like it would "drop" a cylinder from time to time. A little sea foam in the gas tank took care of that, my guess was a gummed up injector.
I still have a rough-ish idle, rough start, "check engine" light starts blinking when I go more than 30MPH and an error code of P0102.
My question, can the MAF error be causing the rough idle, rough start and blinking light?
How do I start fixing this? I read the write up about testing the P0102 code but didn't really make heads or tails of it.
Are these separate issues? What do I do now?

You can try to unplug the MAF sensor and see if it helps. If it does then it probably just needs cleaned. Get a can of CRC maf sensor spray and spray the wires really well. Do not actually touch them! The elements are very fragile. And yes, a bad or dirty maf sensor can casue all of those problems.
No dice.
Got the cleaner, used it and it didn't change anything.
Also, someone slashed my tire the other day, badly enough that it cannot be repaired.
This Blazer is really becoming a Labor, and less of a Labor of Love LOL

Brand spanking new filter (within the last month or so)
I haven't noticed anything that would damage the harness.
My buddy has a Ford Danger Ranger that was reporting a similar code, he replaced his cat converter and it cleared it up. Could my Blazer be doing the same thing? Or are they completely different things?

Had a '99 lumina that acted very similar - engine misfires, stumbling, etc - only other thing it did was the engine temps were higher than normal
eventually turned out to be the cat - ended up not being able to get over 1500 rpm the thing was so blocked - gutted it and everything went back to normal - installed an aftermarket cat later

I'm just going to straight pipe it for now. Even if it's not the cat causing the problem, i'm still getting to work on the exhaust like I've been meaning...
