Default Will this engine fit my truck?

Hello everyone. I am planning on having either a brand new or rebuilt GM 4.3 put in my truck. So far I went to the dealer, and they said they only have rebuilt. Plus, I might have to pick it up. I came across this GM Performance engine on Summit Racing, but I am not sure if it will work or not. I would greatly appreciate any help. I also do not know what LB4-Z is. I looked up the LB4 RPO code, and it says on here that is a 4-cylinder. My truck has the L35 RPO code.

In short, no. That is the early 4.3L design.

Ok, thanks. Guess I'm going with the rebuilt one from the dealer.
