Default Wont Start

I have a 97 4wd 4.3L V6. I went to start it this past weekend & it wont start. I do got power to the dash & radio. When I try to start it all I hear is a clicking sound. Now I think its the Starter but I want to be sure that is all.

Get a hammer and beat on the starter and try to start it. Sounds like the starter committed suicide.

I just changed my boyfriends starter on his 94 s-10 blazer yesterday the solenoid was bad when I turned it over all I got was one click! Now he went to drive it home got a mile from home and the truck died today I changed the fuel filter and and the fuel pump quit tomorrow I am dropping the tank and checking the ground wire on the fuel pump! Good luck with your starter! Took me about a half hour to change it be careful of the transmission lines his were rusted and I put a hole in one and had to fix that too!!

Please Please Please check all your ground wires and make sure you have good connections!! I spent an entire week changing things and going through everything racking my brain I had a loose ground wire on the fuel pump and now the truck is back running like a champ again!!!!
