1974 K5 Tailgate

Hi, I am trying to remove the glass from a '74 crank tailgate. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

roll the glass down into the tailgate, open the tailgate and pop off the back panel where the handle is to open it. that might work.

should be 2 7/16th bolts on each side of the crank holding the window to the crank. i think you also have to pull out that weather stripping at the top of the lift gate, or at least one of them, been a while
