88 k5 blazer aceleration problem

Default 88 k5 blazer aceleration problem

when i come to a complete stop and try to floor it, my engine boggs down to low rpm's and then hesitates before getting some power and accelerating. it nevers stalls but always boggs down. any ideas?

sounds like it could be a fuel issue. check the basic stuff first, fuel lines, fuel filter ect.

Replace fuel filter, air filter, plugs, wires, cap and rotor if you haven't already done so, just so we know all those items are good. Plus it can never hurt to tune up your engine. Let us know how the truck acts after you replace these items.

thanks guys! i completelytuned it up and cleaned the fuel injectors. its working great now!
