Default 1990 350 port injection low idle

Hi All! Yes, I'm here to whine and snivel! I can't claim to even be
inexperienced; I have owned a Blazer for the last 30+ years.
Here is the problem. This Blazer is a 1990 350 with Edelbrock port injection and headers. MSD 6al ignition. Comp Cams cam and top end kit.
My truck idles at about 600rpm. I have seen a lot of guy saying that that's about right however my emission sticker and both repair manuals say it should be 700 rpm.
At 600 it has a bad problem of dropping lower until it stalls. Last time I tried to drive it it dropped, stalled and would not restart.
I have replaced all of the electronic components including the computer. Checked and rechecked all the plugs and plug wires. All wiring to the computer check through and all the computer ground check out. There are no codes.
It has a steady 20 inches of vacuum,(did I mention it is a new chevy 350 stock crate motor?), driving me nuts! Any ideas?

stupid question but are you able to just bump the idle up manually or no? our beater work truck here had a similar issue, ended up being the tempature sensor for the engine. the one located on the front of the engine. it gives the reading the comuter, since it was telling the computer it was like 10 degrees all the time it was choking the truck making it idle low and almost die out. something to look into maybe

Hi abig84! Thanks for the response. It is a new sensor and I had checked it's ohm response before I installed it. However I was pulling plug wires yesterday and I can hear the coil discharging inside the distributor on 2 cylinders. I think I have a bum distributor! I'm going to check it out more today and I'll let you know. John
