1993 full size K1500 4 wheel drive, front bucket seats with 4 wheel lever between the seats. The left front seat belt retractor is stuck in place. I need to know how to remove it. The seat is also in bad shape. Any ideas about where to look for one. Not much help from the local junk yards.
