is the lever just stuck or moving and not coming out of 4x4?
look at the shifter lever on the side of the transfercase and see if its screwed up somehow. i had a daily driver blazer a while back that was really stiff. you had to stand on the lever to push it back to 2wd

The 4x4 shifter is going into 2wd but its not shifting out of 4hi. Today i removed the adjustable 4x4 link-edge and made sure it shifting through 2wd, 4hi, neutral, and 4lo. put it back together still nothing.
when in 2wd is the front driveshaft free or does it have resistance.
dose anyone have a 4x4 vacuum diagram

if its a k5 blazer theres no vacuum like the s10s. the lever engages the driveshaft to the front axle and the hubs lock the tires to the axle. when driving it shouldnt be locked BUT you said you have those autohubs ive seen it where you turn the driveshaft and those things engage they are unpredictable and fail at the worst time.
