take some measurements of the rear end of your truck, i have seen them TWEAK before.. and sometimes people that have put the fiberglass top back on... haven't properly seated the top does the gate close properly? and does everything looks like it lined up? if so i would say regulator isnt right... or was setup from a different truck that might of been tweaked before.. as for the timing being off, this would be a first i have seen this.. but theres always a surprise in all trucks lol

Thanks for the input gents. I believe I will be flexing the the two past one another to try to correct this issue. The top is seated fine and everything lines up as it should. The regulator seems fine. It might have been flexed to fit something else. I couldn't tell you. I will let ya'll know how it goes. This truck has been a mudqueen for a while. I'm slowly trying to nurse her back to health. It's still an awesome truck though.
