hesitation on aceleration

Default hesitation on aceleration

my 1999 blazer with 4.3 does this at times, any help will be appreciated

Possibilities: AC on high or compressor going bad, water pump, O2 sensor going bad, partial intakeblockage,tranny filter dirty.
I can't think what else, Ill have a sleep on it and get back to you

I would clean the MAF sensor, when they get dirty they will not have the throttle response they usually have.

thanks for the help so far, I just got time to check for replys to my blazer problem, anyway, here is what I have done, and last is what the car does, the transmission has been flushed, its fine, spark plugs changed by me , intank gasket new by pro shop, electric distributor items at rear of intank replaced at that time, fuel pump (ac-delco) replaced by me, anyway, upon acceration, at times,the car stutters, splutters, backfires, otherwise runs strong, thanks for your help so far, Rick rom Ohio.
