Default Anyone had this happen before??

So lately my 93 K5 has been kicking on the ABS light and Brake light when I start it up and then roll about say 200 ft down the street. They do come on and go off right after start up in the morning but then as mentioned pop back on then go off after a short distance. Sometime the ABS light will come on while driving then will stay off after I stop and restart again. Now the strange thing this morning was I had to clear rain from the windshield and I could hear what sounded like a regulator or relay trying to work and then the ABS light was flickering dim as was the brake light. As soon as they stopped doing that then the wipers started to work. After I drove about a block I tried the wipers again and all was fine.

So the question is do I have a bad relay or connection with the ABS system that is feeding back into the wiper system?? Anyone else with a early K5 ever seen this before. I am wondering if the larger tire diameter that I put on is reacting with the ABS sensors in some way and the tires have to rotate a few times for the system to re calibrate rather than being set for the smaller stock tires. My speedo is about 4 MPH off with the larger tires.

Any thoughts??

I opened the hood and hit the wiper switch and found the noise coming from in the motor unit. Time for a new one or e repair something in side isn't working correctly again in there. I have already soldered broken joint's once.
