dash lights/running lights problem
Hey everyone, its been a while. Last month I bought a 1991 4x4 K5 Blazer with a 350 tbi engine. I've been going through fuses like crazy. One night I went to flip the headlights on and the dash lights went out, and also noticed that the running tail light lights were out as well. Headlights worked fine though. We've already checked the fuse box and made sure all appropriate fuses were where they should be. We checked to see if there were any loose wires around the trailer hitch. We replaced the wiring and bulbs on both passenger and driver's sides for the brake lights, reverse lights and turn signals. Other than that, I'm stumped on what else it could be. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

For the rear light I guess there must be a loss connection that lead to this issue.

the dash lights and running lights run on the same fuse (as you obviously found out) pull your tail lights out also. make sure none of those wires are stripped and grounding out. seen it happen before. if nothing behind dash or behind tail lights looks bad trace the wiring harness along the frame for cut or crusty wires.
