Default Electrical Problem

I had whent weeling this past weekend. I had to disconnect the battery and when i when to reconect the battery it arced and i noticed that my headlights and parking lights came on. Then i had to disconnect the battery again and reinstall it and i got a plume of white smoke from the front of my truck coming from like the radiator area. It smelled like i burnt a wire. I took the front end apart to c where it was and i cant seem to find where it came from. All my lights still work and have nothing poping up on dashboard suggesting a problem.

if it was a one time deal and EVERYTHING!!!! still works fine it might be no big deal. just a small short that tripped for whatever reason. I have done that before and no big deal came from it.
