Question Exhausting question?

Ok ha-ha, anyway, where are you guys in a K5 running your exhaust. Mine come from behind the rear tires and I'm tired of smelling it running down the road. Anyone running it somewhere else? Also is anyone running an X pipe? If so, can you post a pic of how you got around the tranny? Thanks!

ironpig911, I did a quick search online and really didn't find anyone who had some decent pics pertaining to your question. If you can post some pics of your rigs exhaust system (undercarriage) and where it's coming out I would be willing to do what I can to help you out. I know you said you have your exhaust coming out from behind the rear tires, but a pic is worth a thousand words.

I'll have to see if I can snap a picture of my exhaust. I installed a set of hooker competition headers and started with a hooker 2.5" exhaust kit that I am cutting up and fitting to my liking. I just have my dumped right in front of the rear axle at the moment. I haven't gotten around to fabricating the rest of the system. My plan is to run it to dumps out right behind the rear tires keeping them up as high as possible.
