Question full throttle and sluggish

I have a 1988 K5 Blazer. I just put on hedders, exhaust, new plugs & plug wires, fuel filter, battery, valve covers and airtake. When I'm taking off I have to step throttle and it seems like it takes forever to get up to speed with traffic. I still have my Old TBI on and was thinking maybe its time for a replace. Any guess let me know. Thanks

When was the last time you replaced the fuel filter? Or cleaned the EGR valve and throttle body?

I just replaced my fuel filter about a week ago, and to be honest I have on clue what the EGR Valve is yet, so I know I haven't touched or cleaned that or the throttle body.
