ok, il agree with u, i didnt pay attention to the round housings vs the squared off side of a dana, my apologies. they r both corporate 10 bolts. now u can find ur parts. im a lil slow today.......and yes, just today. :P

heres the dana 44, notice the "squared" part of the diff cover. this is my rear end.

The OP has a 10bolt in the front, not a D44.

Why bother with the expense of a gear swap if you're only going from a 3.42 to 3.73? There are not going to be a very noticeable difference IMHO.
