Yes, I have a full size '94 Blazer and the motor only works on the 2 high speeds. I replaced the relays without success. The motor looks like it's been replaced before I bought it and still looks to be in good shape. I didn't see any kind of resistor anyhwere when I took the motor out. I'm thinking maybe it's in the switch box in the dash.

 

AAh yea that's a different body style, mine is a 91. The last year of that body style. Im not sure on that one =/ sorry pal
