Cool beans! 100 off is better than nothing.
No leak when it's facing uphill? I don't know what the fluid level is in relation to the front seal or the front of the pan... maybe parking on a hill keeps the fluid below the leak.

When I was in high school years and years ago I had an old van with a bad front seal in the engine. It was so bad that when I hit the brakes oil would slop out of the motor...

Either the tranny fluid drops below the leak or the power steering fluid (if that's the leak) has run out. A t case leak wouldn't be dripping off the tranny pan would it? I would be pretty worried if the t case was the leak and it had run out of fluid. Ive checked both tranny and engine oils and they're fine I will just have to check the other fluid levels this weekend. Hopefully I don't find too many surprises.

There she is..

Sweet! Great deal. Don't know where you're at but here it's hard to find a working older 4x4 that's straight. I imagined rust, bent bumpers and mesquite tree scrapes all down the sides. That would fetch $3000 here.

You should see the other side well checked all fluids and everything seems topped off??? The leak stopped and its still running strong? Damnedest thing. I'm in Reno nv and trucks this clean usually go for more as well, Kbb is at $2k but that leak, whatever it was, helped my pocket. Any other suggestions on fluids to check? Ive been watching power steering pump, tranny, engine oil, coolant level, even the washer fluid.

Edit:sourced leak to front axle leak on driver side seal. Will be doing that, new transmission pan/seal, power steering pump, new carpet kit, swap front seats, strip front window tint and replace, sound system upgrade, and a tune up. It's got a v8, had to count the damn spark plugs, the three header outlet threw me off. Still glad I bought it, great truck.
